Medallions of puff pastry with scallops cooked in orange sauce. A great snack that is quickly prepared. "Gorenje: Christmas song"

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Scallop

    8 piece

  • Orange juice

    150 ml

  • Flour

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Sesame

Cooking

To make puff pastry vol-AU-vents.

Sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Scallops thaw. Dry. Fry in olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Orange juice to combine with the flour and spices, mix well. Pour the juice to the scallops, bring to a boil and cook for another 2-4 minutes.

Put the scallops in vol-AU-vent.

Pour the sauce and decorate with a sprig of parsley.
