Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

Eggplant wash, cut into slices and soak in salt water to remove bitterness. After half an hour, roll in flour and fry.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Carrots cut into slices, place in the bottom of the pan.

Pepper cut into strips and put on the carrots. Put the fried eggplant and pepper again. For pepper to put fried onions.

Scald the tomatoes, remove the skins, cut into slices and lay on top of fried onions.

To fill all the greens and put it to stew on a slow fire for about an hour.
