Believe me, when behind a window a Blizzard, or as we do: pours endless rain.. on the calendar, touching and romantic holiday... cosy crackling fire in the fireplace, or at least the candle flame lights up the room, the glass is sparkling white wine.. a heart waiting for love and tenderness the SPIRIT of LOVE will be most welcome... Because the fish is so delicious.. and combined with mushrooms and cheese – it is just something incredible... and if all this deliciousness served with a side dish of rice and shrimp, the dinner promises to be sooooo successful... Cooking
All we need for cooking fish hearts
Onion peel, finely chop and fry with the finely chopped mushrooms until Golden brown, season with salt and pepper, to taste
In the pan pour a little oil, put garlic (each clove cut in half as soon as the garlic will darken, remove it from the pan) fish cut into large cubes and put to fry, pour lemon juice, season with salt and pepper
Cheese grate on a coarse grater, egg whisk whilem with milk and combine with cheese
Foil make molds of hearts, deep form with foil and grease with oil heart fish spread
Then a layer of mushrooms
On top of all pour cheese-egg mixture
Sent in a preheated 200C oven until cheese crust will be a beautiful Golden color
Meanwhile, prepare the garnish: in a frying pan where we fried the fish sent pre-cleaned krevetki and small cubes chopped pepper, cook 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly
Add the rice, season with soy sauce and cook until rice is thoroughly saturated with all the flavors and not warmed up
Lay out on a plate garnish in the form of a heart, decorate with the chopped peppers and hearts of it
Pour into glasses of white wine..
