Brussels sprouts with sauce
Like Brussels cabbage, and such a sauce, it is incredible!

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

  • Onion

  • Milk

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cream

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cabbage in a pot with boiling salted water, cook until tender about 10 minutes. Drain the water.

Onions clear, finely chop.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil. Add to taste salt, pepper, nutmeg. Mix well.

Add cream and milk, cook for 1-2 minutes until thick. I then also added 50 gr. boiled water and 1 tbsp flour. Well, not like cream "to thicken".
