Chocolate cake with pear
My favorite, delicate, airy and not dry chocolate cake with pears for a bitter chocolate. Awesome!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

Cooking

Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder

Beat the yolks with half the sugar (50g), pour the water and oil. Mix

Separately beat the whites with the other half of sugar and mix with the yolk mass

Sift the flour with cocoa and baking powder and stir with a mixer at low speed

Pour the batter into the pan, and top with chopped slices of peeled pear

Bake at 180 deg. about an hour

Dark chocolate melt in a water bath

Pour over the top of the cake
