Pudding with raspberries and white chocolate
Very interesting and delicious dessert. Often(especially if there are children)in the house remain a surplus of different scones or muffins, as well as remain after the Passover cakes that can be used in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    250 g

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Bun

    300 g

  • Raspberry

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Butter

    10 g

Cooking

Take a shallow form approximately 1.5 liters(radius 22cm).Coat it with butter(lightly)

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with the butter.(25g)

Cut the rolls into pieces not very small!!! I took sweet vanilla loaf with raisins.

Begin to lay in shape. Place a layer of half the sliced rolls tight enough!!! The top layer half of the melted chocolate(it is not very liquid,so you can spread the slices).Then layer half of the raspberries(do not put a lot of raspberries!)

Repeat the same thing again with the remaining ingredients.

Whisk eggs+milk+sugar.

Pour this mixture into the pudding.Note-the milk should not pour the pudding to the edges!!!Pour carefully so the top layer was slightly wet with milk.Otherwise you will have a mess-small,and the pudding will not be baked.

Set aside for 5-7min pudding(not more,we should not be too wet slices of bread) ,so he got soaked

Bake in the preheated oven to 190гр-30min.
