Stuffed peppers, stewed in yogurt...
Going back to my favorite stuffed dishes. Remember the eggplant, mushrooms, chickens, carp, squid, and other stuffed joy? This time I made delicious stuffed peppers - good, now just the season of cheap vegetables... try!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Pepper

    6 piece

  • Dill

prepare the stuffing for the peppers: mix all the ingredients

put in a roaster and pour the yogurt+ sunflower oil and put into the oven for 45 minutes (t-180*C)

I cooked the peppers on the side salad: onions(blanched) onion + tomatoes + cheese (I had a "Sharpness" )+ vegetable oil + dill
