Somehow we got used to the mascarpone, mozzarella, tiramisu. Firmly Italian cheeses and desserts included in our diet. Let's just have Breakfast and tasty Italian.

From bread to cut the crust, the mozzarella cut into slices.
1.5 tbsp oil mixed with mustard, salt and paprika.
Spread the pieces of bread the pasta with one hand.
On half the pieces lay mozzarella.
Cover with remaining bread, press. Cut each square into two triangles.
Beat eggs with milk, pinch of salt and a pinch of paprika. Sandwiches to dip in the egg mixture, DAB on two sides. Fry in a well heated pan with remaining oil on both sides until Golden color.
