Cheese with grapes in a spicy marinade
I love pickled grapes and pickled cheese, is fed to fine wine, decided both these yummy snacks together in one dish. It was very tasty and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    150 g

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Thyme

    4 sprig
