Herring in Korean
One, a lot of dear me, an elderly Korean woman, shared the recipe for this snack, claiming that it is solely a Russian dish :)))

Ingredients

  • Herring

    250 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

Ingredients: 1. The herring can be salt and milling independently. But I was lazy. So I bought ready salted fillets. 2. Greens can be any. Would be good to add green onions, but I was not. 3. How to cook annem, I described in the recipe "Kimchi daikon "Kaktugi""

Finely chopped herbs. Herring cut into small pieces.

All the ingredients put into the Cup. I love very spicy snacks, and annema put a tablespoon with a huge slide. For someone and 1/2 teaspoon will be plenty. Annema adjust the amount according to your taste.

Mix well. Put into the refrigerator overnight to infuse.
