Pies with chicken and chanterelles
Pies with chicken (especially from home, like me) and forest mushroom would be welcome at the family dinner table. Your family will appreciate this simple and tasty pastries.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    4 handful

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Sesame

  • Chicken egg

Milk (1 tbsp.) to heat, add sugar (1 tbsp), add 6 gr. instant dry yeast "SAF-moment".

Mix until well blended.

Add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, blend until smooth.

Butter (30 gr.) melt, allow to cool to room temperature, then add the milk-yeast mixture.

Add to a bowl with the milk-yeast mixture, salt (1 teaspoon no slides), add 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil, then add the flour (3 cups).

Knead the dough. The dough cover with cling film or towel and put in warm place to rise.

The dough we have risen, you can press down and leave to rise again. After you are ready to cook the pies.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling for pies. For the filling: Mushrooms (chanterelles), you can use any other, cut into large pieces. Add into the pan vegetable oil (3 tbsp), saute mushrooms over low heat until tender (about 30-40 min). If you are cooking the filling of mushrooms, time less need.

Chicken fillet cut into pieces.

Skip the chicken through a large grate grinder or cut into small cubes.

In a pan, add minced chicken, add the broth (or 1/2 Cup water). A mixture of salt, add ground black pepper to taste.
