Two-tone Crescent rolls with Apple

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    2 tsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

Mix flour, powdered sugar, cane sugar, baking powder and chopped butter. Things quickly grind hands crumbs.

Then enter the cheese and egg yolk. As fast all mix.

We divide the dough into 2 parts. In one portion of the dough add the zest, in another cocoa. Thoroughly kneaded, but not for long.

Put into the fridge for 30 minutes.

Then get first the dark dough and roll out on work surface, greased with vegetable oil (you can pagpalit flour, if the bottom is white cake).

Also roll out and the white part of the dough and put it on top of black. Roll out with a rolling pin.

Divide the dough into segments.

Apples are cleaned from the peel and grate on a fine grater, then gently squeeze the juice. Mix with the sugar.

Spread the filling.

Wrap bagels. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 190ºc in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
