  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    100 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    250 g

Prepare the necessary products. Turn the oven to 170°C to heat up.

Melt butter in microwave, add sugar, vanilla sugar. One to drive the yolks. Stir until creamy.

Rum, zest and lemon juice, mix with cottage cheese. Flour with starch and baking powder sift and gradually add to the yolk mass. Pour in the milk. Mix well.
