Buckwheat
Since I love beer and everything that is connected with it, the beer decided to make something with "haste". Came out very tasty and fast. :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

  • Buckwheat

    1.5 cup

  • Beer

    1.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Until defrosted thighs, fry the onion until light Golden brown

Throw in the onions and fry thigh with two sides for literally a couple of minutes

Fall asleep buckwheat, pour the beer and add another 1.5 cups of water (based on standard 1 to 2 buckwheat:liquid), 1/3 tbsp salt, black pepper and Khmeli-suneli, curry. Stir and close the lid

Bring to readiness, sometimes turning the thighs

The taste is matchless ))) though I am a fan of meat with no side dishes, the buckwheat would rather have meat :)))) Bon appetit!
