Rolls of zucchini in garlic-honey sauce
This dish is loved by all my guests. It requires a raw zucchini. It is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Thoroughly wash zucchini, cut off the bottom and nose.

Cut into thin plates.

Put on a plate layers. Each layer sprinkle with salt. Then put into the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Take any herbs you like, I have dill, parsley and cilantro. The beam can safely take more. Chop finely.

Mix the honey, vinegar, oil, pepper and garlic.

Greens mix with the sauce.

Get the zucchini out of the fridge, drain off the liquid.

Spread the zucchini on a Board, top lubricated with our sauce with herbs.

And twist rolls.

Placed one after the other in a container. If there is a sauce they pour on top of our rolls.

Everything is ready. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and you can enjoy. Bon appetit!!!
