Description
Chips from radishes that look like rose petals is an unusual vegetable snacks that are good in themselves, or as a spicy complement to a light vegetable salad.

Cooking
The oven turn on the heating t 160-170 degrees, a baking tray covered with baking paper. Radish RUB on a grater-mandolin into thin slices.
Prepare a mixture of seasonings for sprinkling radish: for this mix pepper, ground paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl. Spread radishes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Top each slice is lubricated with sunflower oil Oleina TM and sprinkle with seasoning blend to taste. Put the pan in the oven for 5-10 minutes. During the entire cooking time CAREFULLY watching what radish did not burn!!!
Take out from the oven a tray of radishes, turn over each slice, again lubricated with sunflower oil, sprinkle with seasonings and bake it in the oven for another 5-10 minutes or until Golden brown. For added crunch chips can be left in the turned-off oven with door ajar.
Allow chips to cool completely on the baking sheet, then put them into a suitable dish and serve.
