Julien from chicken potroshkov
Simple but very tasty dish, nice variety to Your menu.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    60 g

  • Chicken stomachs

    120 g

  • The pie

    120 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Allspice

    2 piece

  • Roots

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 tsp

Cooking

Chicken potroshki to boil with spices, Bay leaves and allspice. I cooked in slow cooker for about 2 hours.

Onions finely chop and fry.

The giblets finely chopped and lightly fry in vegetable oil, sprinkled with flour. Add onion, pour over the cream and heat until thick cream. Add the pickle, stir and put in molds for baking.

To each mold add 1 tbsp. of cream /I used 10%/ and sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven until Golden brown.

Instead of cucumber in julienne you can add fried mushrooms. Try this dish, it's simple and delicious. Bon appetit!
