Chicken breast with sweet and sour sauce of red currants with a side dish of vegetables - colorful, useful and beautiful dinner for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • Red currants

    2 cup

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    0.333 tsp

  • Flour

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Breast cut in half, remove bone; season with Salt, season with pepper and paprika - RUB and leave aside;

To prepare the ingredients for the sauce;

All ingredients except flour and vinegar pour in a blender, grind until smooth;

Add the flour, stir (if you want a thinner sauce, then the flour can be added);

Put on slow fire, bring to boil, pour the vinegar, stir; the sauce is Ready pour into a bowl or jar and allow to cool;

Breast good roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot pan in oil on both sides until cooked (don't overcook!);

On the dish lay the brisket, top with sauce of red currants, add a salad of fresh vegetables, greens and berries! Serve immediately!
