Friends, today I offer you to bake a delicious and original in the form of a cake in the shape of a heart with strawberry jam. Very tasty, I recommend! I got the idea from Elena Tufekci (with my changes).

Cooking
Half a Cup of warm milk, combine with melted butter
Compressed yeast dissolve in a little warm milk and combine with milk and oil mix
Add the egg, salt, sugar. All stir well
Portions enter the sifted flour
Knead soft, elastic dough. It is advisable not to score with flour, I recommend just to grease the hands of vegetable oil and continue to knead the dough
The dough put in a deep bowl and put in a warm place. I have to put the bowl with dough in the slow cooker and include the mode of "storing heat." The bowl cover with a towel.
After half an hour my dough is ready
Divide the dough coming up on 2 bun: bigger and smaller
Take a small loaf, roll out the layer and cut out hearts (I use picaresco)
From the second bun also cut a heart - larger than the previous size. With the help of cutting to cut out the hearts
For the filling I use strawberry jam from TM "Maheev"
Spread the jam on the dough and gently distribute it over the surface, retreating from the edges
Gently cover with a second seam, and folded the edges neatly suscipiam them. Grease yolk
On top decorate with cut out hearts, which also need to grease yolk. Bake pie at t-180* 20 min (to the beautiful colors). A pleasant tea with a fragrant pie!
