Friends, today I offer you to bake a delicious and original in the form of a cake in the shape of a heart with strawberry jam. Very tasty, I recommend! I got the idea from Elena Tufekci (with my changes).

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Jam

Half a Cup of warm milk, combine with melted butter

Compressed yeast dissolve in a little warm milk and combine with milk and oil mix

Add the egg, salt, sugar. All stir well

Knead soft, elastic dough. It is advisable not to score with flour, I recommend just to grease the hands of vegetable oil and continue to knead the dough

The dough put in a deep bowl and put in a warm place. I have to put the bowl with dough in the slow cooker and include the mode of "storing heat." The bowl cover with a towel.
