Swedish pancakes with lingonberry sauce
Traditionally pancakes Swedish served with cranberry sauce. Very tasty and tender pancakes. Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.2 tsp

  • Cream

    0.5 l

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sauce

    5 Tbsp

Whisk the eggs. Add milk, flour, sugar, salt, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add the melted butter.

Stir and place in refrigerator for one hour. If possible, preferably overnight.

Fry the pancakes. Dough to pour a thin trickle in the middle of the hot pan. Pancakes should be thin.

Whip the cream with the icing sugar. Put the pancake on a dish and garnish with whipped cream. The center put Cranberry sauce.
