Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar until thick foam.
Melt butter, let cool. Mix the flour with the baking powder, cocoa. Sift. Apples clean, grate on a medium grater. Add the orange zest and juice (should be approximately 100 g juice)
To beaten eggs add the cooked ingredients, mix well with a spatula. Add the cooled butter.
The form can take any size 20 to 22 cm (I used for cupcakes.) Lay baking paper, grease with oil. We spread the resulting mass.
