Schiacciata Alla Fiorentina - a sweet pie. Recipe from johnny Prunetti - known manufacturer of irises in Chianti. This cake prepared during carnival and during the festival of iris. When I saw the recipe decided to do it. Pie loved it!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    40 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Saffron

    5 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp
