Banana brownies with coffee and hazelnut
Offer a recipe for chocoholics - chocolate brownies "brownie". Very rich in taste and aroma of the pastries that I hope will help in the fight against autumn depression.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

For cooking take the butter, I chose TM "Ekomilk". In a saucepan put the butter, sugar, broken into pieces dark chocolate, heated on low heat until dissolved.

Hazelnuts are dried in a pan, grind into crumbs in a blender, put in the dough, stir.

Put the dough in a rectangular shape, I have a 10 by 20 cm and Put in heated to 170 degree oven, bake for 25 minutes.
