Honey Panna cotta

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Honey

    30 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Combine the cream with milk, put on fire.

Pour the sugar with vanilla.

The honey will add. Heated nearly to boiling.
