A spring dinner in a pot
Simple without much hassle in cooking lunch.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

    8 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into plates and fry with onion for 7-10 minutes.

The three carrots grated,celery-sliced,slightly passeruem.Cabbage shinkuem.

Prepare the filling-mix the sour cream+ketchup+soy sauce.

Spread on the order of the layers:mushrooms,onion,

the carrots and celery,

cabbage.

Pour dressing+ in each pot with 2 tablespoons of water+small piece of butter.Optional salt and pepper.

Put in the oven for 50-55 minutes,check for cooked cabbage.For 5 minutes before end of cooking(optional)added to each pot to cut plates garlic.
