Baked onions with nuts
I sat down on Georgian cuisine :)my daughter gave the book, so flew the soul to heaven :)This dish is considered a major and served hot. Perhaps my onions will take part in the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Garnet

    1 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Walnuts

    120 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cilantro

    6 piece

  • Dill

    3 piece

  • Parsley

    3 piece

  • Mint

    2 piece

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Onions wash and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees(NOT CLEANED). Bake 15 minutes

Cool slightly and peel.

Cut into rings.

Garlic, nuts and mint mince. Greens chop and add to the nuts, and add Khmeli-suneli and salt.

Add vinegar.

Mix well.

Add the olive oil.

Pour in the water.

Mix well. The sauce is ready.

Onion fill the resulting sauce and stir. Add the pomegranate seeds.

The dish is ready!!! Around the edge I decorated pickle ,and the center of greens. BON APPETIT!!!
