Fish pie
We gathered for a feast to my parents and thought that would bring to the table. Salads do not like, and then I remembered a delicious fish pie, which made my work colleague on their anniversary. Delicious and tender - he will not leave anyone indifferent. Try it!

Ingredients

  • The cake

    1 pack

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil fish fillet with spices, salt and Laurel leaves (about 7-10 minutes).

Boil eggs. Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Reserve some grated carrot for decoration. The rest of carrots and onions, fry until Golden brown.

Three on a coarse grater cheese and eggs. With a fork mash the fish fillet.

Mix everything together, adding the mayonnaise. Than the more mayonnaise the better soaked our cake!

I put the cakes in cling film, then wrap it to the edge of the cake. Each cake need fluff here's the resulting delicious mass.

Decorate top of pie with remaining carrots and crumbs that remained of the cakes. Leave in the fridge overnight to soak.
