Salad-grilled scallop and vegetables
Very fresh, juicy, fragrant, tasty salad. Immediately I foresee that many large scallop delicacy in this salad you can substitute slices of squid.

Ingredients

  • Scallop

    100 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Lettuce

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

Frozen scallops give spontaneously to thaw. If you have no comb, you can get squid, cleaned, cut into pieces and cook on the same prescription.

Vegetables wash, peel, cut into large chunks.

The grill pan greased with oil with a brush (1 tbsp) and fry the vegetables until "beautiful stripes". First zucchini.

Prepare the dressing. Take soy sauce "Kikkoman", add the honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, chopped garlic. Stir with a fork.

Hot vegetables, pour dressing, add svezhemoloty mix of pepper and grains of coriander and mix everything together.

Leave the salad to infuse for 15 minutes.

Lettuce wash, dry paper towel and put on a serving dish.

On lettuce put the marinated vegetables and scallop-grill, pour juice from dish. Sprinkle finely chopped coriander. The salad can be served immediately. It is delicious, both warm and cold. Bon appetit!
