Cooking
Chop the vegetables in small cubes.
Dill chop. In a large bowl and put the vegetables and pearl barley (pre-cooked, cooled)
For dressing mix the soy sauce, lemon juice and oil, season with salt (I have enough soy sauce) and pepper to taste.
Pour the filling into the salad.
And, in principle, already possible, but better to put the salad at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, it will taste better.
