Salad based on the famous Tabbouleh salad. Cereals and vegetables - the perfect combination. Fresh and vitamin, hearty, but not heavy, bright and healthy, lean, simple and tasty. On a hot summer day is a wonderful self-sufficient dinner. A very convenient option for "your ordering". Croup can be anything: rice, buckwheat, millet. Come visit.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    1 cup

  • Radishes

    5 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chop the vegetables in small cubes.

Dill chop. In a large bowl and put the vegetables and pearl barley (pre-cooked, cooled)

For dressing mix the soy sauce, lemon juice and oil, season with salt (I have enough soy sauce) and pepper to taste.
