Alsatian potato salad
This salad is very much loved in France. It makes a delicious and spicy.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Potatoes boiled in their jackets.

While the potato is cooking, prepare the French dressing. In the vinegar add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

Add the mustard and olive oil, mix well.

Finely shred the cabbage. Chop the parsley.

Fry the bacon bits in olive oil.

Clean the potatoes, while still hot, cut into cubes and put in salad bowl.

Add the parsley to the warm potatoes, add 5 tablespoons of the French sauce, mix well and leave for 5 minutes. It is important to do this because hot potatoes will absorb the flavor of the sauce and parsley, are tender and delicious!

Add bacon and cabbage. Add more sauce if needed and mix well. Serve immediately. Better if the potato salad is still warm.
