Description
Squid is useful for vascular health, because it contributes to increase their elasticity... useful for digestion, as it promotes the secretion of gastric juice, improving the appetite and gastrointestinal tract. Due to the high content of iodine, this product has a positive effect on thyroid function and the endocrine system. Therefore I propose another version of the salad with squid!

Cooking
The main component of our salad. You can just buy rings of squid, but I prefer the carcasses. Choose at your own discretion.
Boil water, add salt, add 5-6 peas black pepper, Bay leaf and lemon wedge. Toss them in boiling water our carcasses squid or rings. Cook after boiling for 3 minutes. Take out and let cool completely.
Cut into rings 5 mm thick.
Now we will prepare our vegetables, herbs and rice. Boil the rice beforehand until tender and cool completely.
Cucumber peeled and cut into strips.
The Apple is peeled and removed from seed. Cut the same strips as the cucumber. Don't forget to sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice, not to dark!
Shred parsley and green onions. Ship all in a big bowl with pre-boiled rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the sauce of mayonnaise, yogurt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well the sauce and tucked in our salad.
