Salad with tuna and vegetables
I love salads with tuna. Options an incredible amount. This is one of my favorites. Simple to prepare, and most importantly, consists of a small number of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    250 g

  • Corn

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.333 tsp

  • Fennel

    0.333 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.333 tsp

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil corn for 20 minutes. If you use canned, the cooking takes a few minutes. Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips, carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot. From canned food to drain the liquid, mash the fish with a fork.

Fennel seeds, mustard seeds and coriander to warm up on a dry pan until crackling. Grind them in a mortar with the peppercorns and salt. Add the mixture to the mayonnaise mixed with the zest and lemon juice.

Cucumber cut into thin slices and put on the plate. You can serve the salad and the overall dish.

Mix the tuna with carrots, peppers and corn.

Put the mixture of tuna with vegetables on the cucumbers and pour dressing.
