Salmon with walnut-garlic sauce
Well, here again is my most happy fish day ))) Tender salmon fillet in thin batter with an unforgettable sauce made of walnuts, garlic, fresh herbs and spices, including cloves and cinnamon. The sauce is very rich, sweet and sour, nutty, very aromatic and fragrant, is ideal not only to fish, but then goes well with chicken and meat.
