Cooking

step-0
For the test you need butter, room temperature, beat until "fluffy", then add a third of flour and mix well. After that pour the beer and pour the remaining flour.
step-1
The dough should be soft and pliable. You may need a little more flour, it all depends on the flour and the oil.
step-2
Divide the dough into 3 balls, wrap in cling film and put into the freezer for 20 minutes
step-3
While the dough is chilling, make filling. To do this, mix the cottage cheese, egg, vanilla sugar, salt, raisins and lemon zest.
step-4
Take out the dough from the freezer and roll out on baking paper in sheets with a thickness of approximately 2 mm, cut into strips 5-8 mm (as you like), remove one strip and begin to weave
step-5
Raised through one of the vertical strips, put a horizontal strip previously removed, fasten the raised strips, then raise the remaining intact vertical stripes, put the stripes horizontally and fasten. Thus weave fabric sandals
step-6
On a sheet of paper draw a makeshift stencil bast, and it cut out braided dough
step-7
It turns out here's a billet
step-8
From scraps of dough roll the sausage and put a border along the contour of the part which is already long
step-9
Spread the stuffing (if the stuffing turned out watery, at slusovice a little grating to not leaking)
step-10
Using the parchment raising the second half of bast (the one that is shorter, but wider)
step-11
Doing the sausage and form the rim. Sandals lubricate the yolk and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes (or until browned)
step-12
Here are work out sandals
