These cookies are very popular in Afghanistan. It is very easy to make, and will not leave anyone indifferent.

Cooking
In a bowl, mix flour, sour cream, semolina, soda and water.
All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. And put in a warm place for 2 hours.
In a saucepan pour the sugar, water, and set on fire. Once it boils, add lemon juice and switch off the gas. ( The syrup should not be liquid, and Vice versa, moderately sticky, that was easy to dip into) Syrup should be warm, periodically put on the gas to maintain the temperature.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil ( see 3) for deep frying. Take confectionery syringe ( or a plastic bag)fill it and test in boiling oil form Jalabi. Fry on both sides until it will turn brown.
Pull the cookies from the pan and quickly dip into the syrup :) Spread on a baking sheet or tray to "dry" to them, and only then spread on a plate.
Cookies Gulabi ready! Spread on a platter and served with tea. Enjoy your tea!
