Cheesecake with millet flakes
Offer to cook delicate cheesecake of millet flakes with lemon notes.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    100 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Milk

    450 ml

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Cream cheese

    280 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Lemon peel

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

This cheesecake I made from millet flakes of TM "Mistral".

Flakes pour hot milk, cover and leave for about 10 minutes.

Open the lid and let the porridge cool completely.

In a bowl combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, butter room temperature, egg yolks, baking powder.

Slightly mix the ingredients in a bowl with a mixer.

Add all the cooled down millet porridge, lemon juice and zest.

Whites whipped with a pinch of salt in a stable foam.

Millet to mass add whipped whites and gently stir with a spatula movements from top to down.

Detachable round shape shrouded parchment (I form 20 cm) grease with vegetable oil. In the form pour the prepared millet mass.

Bake cheesecake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 70-80 minutes until Golden brown. I give the cheesecake to cool. Bon appétit!
