Burger with salmon and pickled zucchini
We often take a picnic as a snack? Correctly, a variety of sandwiches. Or, for example, the burgers, the recipe of which I want to offer you. Juicy fragrant salmon, combined with crispy pickled zucchini is vkusno unspeakable!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

Cooking

Start with the marinade for zucchini. Mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp water, 1/8 Cup. honey, 1/4 Cup. soy sauce, vinegar, 1/2 tsp of ginger, 1/2 a tooth. garlic and black pepper. Leave for 2 hours to let the flavors mix. From time to time shake.

Courgettes lay out in to a glass or ceramic dish and cover with marinade. Leave on for 1 hour, periodically shake so that the vegetables are evenly covered with marinade.

For cakes, combine the salmon, onion, 6 tooth. garlic, 6 tbsp. ginger, 6 tbsp honey, bread crumbs, 4 tbsp soy sauce, cilantro and dill.

In a pan heat a little olive oil, shape into 8-10 patties and fry them until cooked.

Scones cut in half and if you want, brush some sauce. I did not grease. The zucchini drain in a colander to glass excess fluid. On the bottom half of the bun place the lettuce leaves, chop them.
