Pears baked with blue cheese
Pear baked with Gorgonzola cheese, pine nuts and dried cranberries. It's something!!! I don't have the words to describe the divine taste of this gorgeous, gourmet snacks! A good addition to snack will dry white wine. Your taste buds will be delighted!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Blue cheese

    70 g

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple juice

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

  • Lemon juice

    0.25 cup

  • Syrup fruit

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Lettuce

Mix the chopped blue cheese, toasted pine nuts, dried cranberries.

In a bowl, mix the raspberry vinegar, Apple juice and brown sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar.

Pear peel, cut lengthwise into halves, remove the core with seeds. Cut out the middle for filling with stuffing. Fill the pears with the filling, tightly put in a baking dish, pour vinegar-Apple mixture. To put bake already heated to 180°C oven for 30 minutes. Periodically pour pear syrup.

Just before serving, whisk olive oil with lemon juice, two tablespoons of syrup (from the form of pears) and salt. When applying for a plate put the arugula, put one (or two) of pear, drizzle with 1 tbsp of filling (made from olive oil and lemon juice). Necessarily serve the pears with arugula - they complement each other.
