Beans boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes
Zucchini cut into thin slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Coat each piece in flour and spread on the pan. Fry in hot oil on both sides until Golden brown. If you're watching your figure, the squash can be boiled together with beans. But to me the salad is more like fried, they have a more bright flavor.
