Squid salad with cream cheese
And again I with a salad. I love salads and can't help but share! Salad lover... squid. And hearty, and I would not say that light, but not heavy for sure. Most in the heat of summer. Bon appetit! Source: "chef VK"

Ingredients

  • Squid

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Green olives

    100 g

Cooking

The carcass of a squid to wash, remove the film and ridges. Drop into boiling salted water and cook 2 min from boiling. Cool.

The cooled squid cut into rings (or half rings, who will like)

Eggs boil, peel, cool and cut into small cubes.

Olives cut into rings or quartered. If you do not like olives, you can replace the pickles.

Cheese slightly freeze in the freezer and grate on a fine grater.

Garlic skip through the press, greens, wash, drain and finely chop (I have purple Basil, cilantro and dill)

In a salad bowl mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. For ease of salad mix mayonnaise with sour cream 1:1, or even mayonnaise can replace sour cream.

As salad you can make layers, then the garlic greens to add to the mayonnaise, herbs or sprinkle each layer of mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
