Quick, easy and tasty salad with a nice dressing.

Salad cooked very quickly, especially because everything is done at the same time. First you need to marinate the onions - here the desired products. Immediately cook the egg.

Onion, if you like, put in a convenient bowl. Then pour cold water (about 50 ml), add vinegar and soy sauce.

While cooking the egg and marinated onions, fried mushrooms. I had frozen mushrooms. I like to fry them quite much, but generally enough - just until the liquid is evaporated. You can also get a marinated mushrooms - your choice. The result is that this set of ingredients. I added a little pickled cucumber - I will try this way, although fresh enough.
