For pike-fishing
When I saw this simple recipe on TV, a little refined, cooked for several years. I suggest to You, fish fans. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Pike

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

The preparation time excluding the marinating. The fish is cleaned, cut into steaks 2 cm, 9 PCs.. Wash and dry. In a bowl pour the soy sauce marinade Teriyaki TM Kikkoman.

Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt. Mix thoroughly.

Put the fish in the marinade and well to coat each piece. Leave to stand for 1 - 12 hours.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Gently lay the fish pieces and fry for 3-6 minutes on each side.
