Cooking
Millet rinse well. I use a millet gold TM Mistral.
Milk bring to the boil, add the barley, salt to taste and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes until thick.
Ready porridge to cool, add one egg and sugar. Mix well. (Usually I cook porridge in the evening and in the morning cook a casserole. A little more than half an hour-and hot, tasty, healthy Breakfast ready!)
Cookies grind in a blender.
Form for baking grease with butter and sprinkle the bottom and sides of the form biscuits. (it will take 3-4 tbsp)
Apple and banana cut into small cubes. You can take any fruit according to your taste:pears, pineapples, kiwi, persimmon... the possibilities for imagination are endless! You can add raisins or nuts.
Second, beat egg with a spoon of sour cream.
In the form put half of the cereal, then fruit, and the rest of the mess.
Smooth the surface with a spoon and pour the egg-sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle the top with remaining biscuits.
Bake in a preheated 200 oven for 25-30 minutes. 15 minutes before end of baking, cover casserole with foil so the cookies are much flushed.
