Meat casserole with egg hat
We love casseroles and especially protein. Invite to the next tasting casseroles - hearty, but not greasy, heavy, protein, juicy. Maybe someone come in handy?

Ingredients

  • Pork

    350 g

  • Chicken fillet

    150 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

  • Chickpeas

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Pork, chicken, Bulgarian peppers (pre-cleaned from the seed boxes), chickpeas and zucchini (I had a young skin, so I'm not cleared) mince. Add salt and pepper to taste. Diluted in water starch, pour in the mince, stir and chop it well on the table or about the capacity of at least 25 times with wet hands.

Eggs, broth, vegetable oil and salt to taste mix well. Pour into the casserole. I only had 2 eggs, so the top turned out to be so low ( ( (

Put in a preheated 190 degree oven and bake for 40-50 minutes - be guided by your oven. The stylish top of the first rise, and then fall - this is normal. Take out, cut and serve hot with a salad of fresh vegetables.
