Description
The custard can be done not only on milk but also on different juices. In this case, it was cherry. Shortbread dough.

Cooking
Cold butter three on a grater, add sugar, water, sour cream, baking soda and flour. Knead the dough. Put into the form (I have 20 cm in diameter, with split sides). Do the bumpers. On the dough put the baking paper with dry peas, so that the cakes did not rise. Put in oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Cook the cream. Mix 2 eggs with sugar (0,5 Cup.) and flour (1 tbsp) Pour this mixture into the boiling cherry juice and cook for a few minutes, stirring all the time, until thick.
Take out the cake from oven and cool to lukewarm the cream, spread on cake. Again put into the oven for 20 minutes.
Let cool for a GOOD pie (even in the fridge) and cut.
