Cooking
Pumpkin peeled, cut into pieces. Boil in a little water or bake in the oven, cook for a couple.
Crushed with a blender or a regular tolkushkoy for mashed potatoes.
Mix the pumpkin puree, the egg yolks and honey. Add the flour.
Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Vzbit in a solid foam with a pinch of salt.
Add the beaten egg whites, stir gently. Form of grease with vegetable oil. With a spoon put the dough into shape.
Bake in a preheated 200 gr. the oven until Golden brown (approx 30-40 min).
