Cookies with cranberries
I really, really love homemade biscuits, but wash then flour covered table - not very much. Maybe I will find opposers. While you are here.

Ingredients

  • Cranberry

Dried cranberries, if it's large, a little grind.

Soft butter, eggs, zest, salt, sugar, and vanilla mix with mixer.

Add the flour, baking powder, cranberries and barberries (for lack of it, of course, you can only put the cranberries). Mix quickly with your hands. I wore for this purpose, disposable glove, because the dough strongly sticks to the hands, and not so quickly becomes warm.

Vystelit baking paper. Using two teaspoons to spread the dough at a distance of approximately 5 cm.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C. Cool. The cookies turned out fragile and at the same time, gentle. That it is also very tasty, it's obvious. In the recipe it was written that in a closed container is stored up to 6 weeks, so for the New year, you can now bake.
