Salad
Unusually delicious combination of lime and smoked fish with the curative properties of lentils and a fresh salad.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Lettuce

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

First, boil the lentils in 500ml of water, 6-7 minutes, as the red lentils are very delicate, its long cooking is not necessary. Slightly you can prisolit at the end of cooking and drain the water.

The onion we shall cut cubes.

With lime using a grater remove the zest, take off the white layer (it's bitter and we don't use it), and we will cut the flesh cubes.

Fish fillets shall cut cubes after removing the skin and removing all the bones.

Prepare the marinade by combining honey, horseradish, vegetable oil and a pinch of pepper (I have a mixture of 5 peppers).

Let marinate for 30 minutes in the marinade lentils, lime and onions.
