Potato bagels
Bagels from potato dough with fish filling. But the filling can be different. At Your discretion.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Mashed potatoes

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fish

    600 g

Cooking

Prepare the mashed potatoes. Water to drain and crush the potatoes to dry.

In warm milk (water) dissolve the yeast, salt and sugar.

To the yeast add the puree and the egg.

Enter the flour and the butter pieces.

Knead the dough (uncool) and leave for 1 hour.

Punch down the risen dough and divide into 4 parts.

Each part roll out and divide into 8 segments. Lay on the wide edge of the filling.

Roll the Crescent rolls, spread on a baking sheet greased with butter. From above to grease with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Damn, about the stuffing... forgot to chop the Onions and fry.

Fish cut into cubes, season with spices, roll in flour and fry. Ready to fish and bow connect.

Bagels bake in the preheated oven at 180° 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
