Cooking
Take the rice "Orient" from "Mistral". Fill with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
While the rice is cooking, take the defrosted seafood (seafood). I recommend to get them in advance and let thaw spontaneously. Seafood wash and dry it well with paper towel.
In a pan pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and fry until fragrant finely chopped garlic.
Put the seafood and fry for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Remove fried seafood on the plate.
Pan mine. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add the butter.
Put in a pan the finely diced onion and fry until soft for a few minutes.
Pour dry white wine. Stir.
Next, pour the milk, cream, add salt, svezhemoloty mix of pepper and dry Basil, simmer about 5 minutes.
Cheese grate and put half of the quantity in the sauce. Stir.
Ovarium sauce until thick about 2 minutes.
Take a handy for baking tins, grease with vegetable oil, put half of the cooked rice.
On top of the rice put the seafood.
Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese, decorate with the shrimp, put it up in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Do not overdo seafood!
Bake until cheese melting and Browning. Serve the casserole hot. Bon appetit!
